Research on Maximum Power Tracking Control of Tidal Power Generation System

As the energy problem becomes more and more tense, tidal current energy is receiving more and more attention as a new energy power generation technology. In order to realize the maximum power tracking control of tidal current energy, this paper compares several common maximum power based on the principle of tidal current maximum power capture The power tracking method is improved on the basis of the traditional mountain climbing method, and a 1/2 variable step climbing method is proposed. This method can quickly and accurately achieve the maximum power tracking, and the simulation verification is performed using the matlab / simulink platform. The simulation results show that this method can improve the fastness and stability of maximum power tracking of power flow.
