Study on Grouting Reinforcement of Surrounding Rock of Tunnel under Railway Station

Based on the research background of the tunnel passing through Railway Station and Yard, through collecting and analyzing the actual engineering data, the tunnel is simulated and analyzed by ANSYS software according to the theory of equivalent continuum. Firstly, keeping the thickness of reinforcement ring unchanged, the influence of different grouting parameters on the distribution of water pressure outside the initial support is analyzed. Secondly, the influence of the thickness of reinforcement ring on surface settlement and horizontal convergence during tunnel construction is analyzed. The results show that reducing the permeability coefficient of grouting reinforcement ring can effectively reduce the supporting water pressure, but the appropriate permeability coefficient can be determined according to the actual situation of the project. Grouting reinforcement has a good effect on reducing surface settlement and horizontal convergence. Especially for horizontal convergence, it has a good control effect in the early stage of grouting. However, whether it is surface settlement or horizontal convergence, when the thickness of grouting reinforcement reaches 2.5m, the follow-up grouting effect is no longer obvious.
