The Research of PSpice Simulation of Current Sampling Circuit for Great Torque Reaction Flywheel

Towards the requirements of attitude adjusted rapidly control for great torque flywheel which as the main actuator structure of satellites, this paper illustrates the solution for current sampling for the motor driver of flywheel.To improve the performance of the torque control mode for flywheel, further more the schmitt trigger circuit of overcurrent protection hysteresis and the optimized design of motor current sampling circuit has been proposed by the parameter sweep analysis of PSpice of OrCAD Capture, then the results of monte carlo and worst case analysis which accord with theory have been verified. The designed flywheel prototype has been carried on experiment which yields satisfying results. The prototype include optimized sampling circuit is built to improve the dynamic performance of current loop and the ability of retaining the disturbance from motor noise, the related experimentation results validate the correctness of optimized design measures.
