Development of Impact Wrench Torque Measurement System

This paper is about the development of pneumatic impact wrench torque for the accurate measurement system. Accurate measurement is a problem for high speed rotating equipment. To overcome this problem in this system, we developed the digital measuring impact pneumatic wrench torque system for accurate measuring of torque with signal processing system so that accurate measurement is possible. Experimental results show the satisfied results and applied in industries and running successfully.
