Realization of Fully Automatic Harvest Unit for Water laver in the Korea Sea

This study is about the realization of water laver harvesting system that operates on fully automatic. This development is to avoid the problems such as heavy winds, sudden high waves and transient weather conditions in harvesting of water laver in seas. Standing on the ship and holding the seaweed nets can reulsts in injure workers. Due to the above problems, in this project, we proposed automatic harvesting collect method which is operated without human. We design and develop an automated ship that is divided in to three parts; supporting roller, drum screener, and lifting mechanism. These are operated with hydro pneumatic equipment and controlled with micro controller.
