Disaster recovery strategy of resilient distribution network based on scheduling coefficient

To enhance the disaster response and recovery capability of the distribution network when a power outage occurs, this paper proposes an optimal disaster recovery strategy under the source network load coordination mechanism. Since multiple renewable power generations integrate in the distribution network, the system flexibility and resilience become considerable. In order to apply these features better to improve the recovery ability, the scheduling process should be optimized. Thus, this paper proposes the concept of the "scheduling coefficient" to obtain the optimal schedule of the distribution network. Based on this virtual coefficient, the scheduling rationality index is formed. In the recovery scenario, this paper establishes a unified hierarchical scheduling model with three objectives. The first is to maximize the total loads recovery, the scheduling rationality and uniformity, then minimize the total recovery time. This paper applies the improved simulated annealing algorithm (SAA) to search this multi-objective optimal scheduling solution. Then, the modified IEEE 33-node system is used as a studied case to analyze the model and the result proves the rationality and effectiveness. It also shows that compared with other algorithms, the improved SAA could find a more competitive optimal allocation solution with an extremely low computing resource
