An Approach to Transform Enterprise Architecture Models from Systemigrams

For system engineers, one of the most important issues is to capture the problem through effective models and frameworks, and then transmit the information of the problem to practical system engineering tools by various methods.In the initial stage of problem definition, appropriate modeling tools and techniques must be used to deal with system thinking. This paper proposes an Enterprise Architecture (EA) modeling approach based on Systems Thinking to capture problems and transfer them to system engineering tools and methods. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach, a case study on a wilderness weather system is conducted.
