The Problems of Measuring the Electrical Conductivity and the Implementation of Its Measurement Methods of High-alloyed Semiconductors

The problems of determining the electrical conductivity of low-resistance materials by the example of highly alloyed semiconductors are considered. A procedure and a measuring stand have been developed for implementing various methods for measuring the electrical conductivity of materials. The influence of instrumental and methodological factors in the proposed methods on the measurement results is determined. The optimal measurement methods have been established and justified, allowing to determine the electrical conductivity of high-alloyed semiconductors with an error not exceeding 3%.
