Simulation of the Technological Equipment Layout in Clean Rooms

This work is devoted to the actual analysis and simulation of the air heat distribution in clean room. Revealed, to obtain the established parameters of the technological microclimate of clean rooms, it is necessary not only to take into account the technological equipment layout, but also to select the air flow in a given range from 0.25 to 0.45 m/s.
