An Electro-hydraulic System On Anti-sticking For The Drilling Rig Underground Coal Mine

In order to solve the sticking for the drilling rig underground coal mine, an electro-hydraulic system is proposed. Firstly, the structure of the drilling rig is introduced. Based on the structure and working principle of the drilling rig, an anti-sticking model is built. Besides, the hydraulic circuit of the drilling rig is designed. The model of the swing circuit and the feed circuit is built with AMESim. Furthermore, the simulation is performed according to the parameters of the drilling rig and the experience. The simulation results show that the anti-sticking system is effective and meets the design requirements.
