Influence of Gear Parameters on Flow Characteristics of Linear Conjugated Internal Gear Pump

In this paper, meshing process of the linear conjugated internal gear pump is analyzed and relationship between meshing point variation and flow ripple characteristics is studied. Instantaneous flow equation of the pump outlet is derived and flow ripple rate of the linear conjugated internal gear pump is calculated, combined with a set of parameters of a domestic linear conjugated internal gear pump. The influence of gear parameters is analyzed on the instantaneous flow and flow ripple rate, provided a theoretical basis for comprehend the flow ripple characteristics of the linear conjugated internal gear pump, offering guidance on its optimal design.
