Development of Hydraulic Braking System for Decelerator

The general braking system of the decelerator performs braking operations on the prime mover (motor or engine), also known as input braking, the required braking force is small, however, the gear and transmission axis of the decelerator are damaged due to inertia. In order to solve this problem and prolong the service life of the decelerator, a hydraulic braking system for the output braking is developed, which not only ensures sufficient braking power by symmetrical braking design on the output axis of the decelerator, but also effectively avoids the damage of gear and tranmission axis caused by braking. The emphasis is on the innovative design of braking hydraulic cylinder, which adopts the structure of variable diameter piston, big end under stress and small end spring reset, greatly improving the piston's bearing capacity to radial force, and is equipped with a device to prevent the variable diameter piston from rotating, thus improving the service life of braking hydraulic cylinder. This hydraulic braking system is simple and powerful, and the hydraulic cylinder is very innovative. It has been widely used in the market and has been well received.
