Hydraulic characteristic test bench construction based on Russian spool valve maintenance

This paper established the flow field simulation model, structured computing grid and visual flow field simulation of Russian-made spool valve. Under the condition of not considering the torque motor and the nozzle baffle, the hydraulic characteristic test bench is built for the maintenance of the Russian-made spool valve, and the hydraulic detection method and device were provided. The flow field characteristics of the servo valve under different sliding valve displacement conditions were studied and flow tested. The pressure and flow data corresponding to the sub-micron displacement of the constant oil supply pressure spool valve and the zero leakage data of the gradient pressure were obtained. Establish a database and combine the analysis results to locate and eliminate the fault. This paper provided a theoretical basis for the various problems in the current manufacture and repair of spool valves.
