Study on Static Characteristics of Non-contact Air-bearing Block under Higher Rotation Speed

Aiming at the problems of dag loading and electromaanetic loading, such as large heat value, unstable loading force and unsuitable long-term loading, the noncontact pneumatic loading has the characteristics of simple structure, small heat generation and stable bearing capacity, etc. The air-floating block is taken as the research object and the CFD numerical analysis method is adopted to analyze the characteristics of pressure distribution, baring capacity and stiffness by selecting different working conditions and structural parameters including gas supply holes, film thickness and rows of gas supply holes. The optimization range of the respective parameters is obtained. On this basis, the experimental design, which combines the CFD numerical analysis method with the orthogonal test method is adopted to improve the bearing capacity and stiffness of the air-floating block.
