Triple Subdivision Cell-to-Cell Mapping Method for Global Analysis of WPT System

A triple subdivision cell-to-cell mapping method is proposed to analyze the global characteristics of wireless power transfer (WPT) systems. The method can rapidly and accurately determine the attractors and their domain of attractions in the selected cell space. Through triply subdividing each dimension of the cell space in each iteration, the method effectively reduces the amount of computation and a reasonable accuracy of the analysis result can be reached in a few iterations. A parallel-parallel (PP) WPT system was taken as an example, two attractors and the corresponding domain of attractions were clearly identified with the proposed method. Simulation results verified the validation of the proposed method.
