Experimental Research on Thermal-Acoustic-Vibration Coupling Effects of Thin-Walled Blades

Thermal-acoustic-vibration coupling is an important factor affecting the reliability and durability of aerospace products such as blades, solar wings, antennas and missiles. The study designs a test device to simulate the thermal-acoustic-vibration coupling experiment. For comparative analysis, single and coupling loads of thermal-acoustic-vibration are applied to two thin-walled blades in experiments respectively. The effects and characteristics of thermal-acoustic-vibration coupling are quantitative analyzed based on strain data, the thermal-acoustic-vibration coupling load is found to have more obvious structural response than single load. The results provide the important multi-stress coupling response data and characteristics for aerospace products design.
