Evaluation Model of Rural Poverty Alleviation Effect in Heilongjiang Province Based on Inclusive Financial Orientation

Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional precision poverty alleviation effect evaluation model (poor accuracy of evaluation effect), a model of rural poverty alleviation effect in Heilongjiang province based on inclusive financial orientation is established. In establishing a precise poverty alleviation effect evaluation index system on the basis of the principle of establishing precise poverty alleviation effect evaluation index system, quantitative evaluation indicators is established, through constructing judgment matrix to determine evaluation index weights, set up the evaluation factor set and evaluation set, accurate poverty reduction effect of single factor and multi-factor fuzzy evaluation, the construction of model of rural poverty alleviation effect in Heilongjiang province based on inclusive financial orientation is completed. The experimental results show that compared with the other two traditional evaluation models, the evaluation model of rural poverty alleviation in Heilongjiang Province based on inclusive financial guidance designed in this paper is more in line with local conditions and has higher evaluation effectiveness.
