Research and comparative analysis of phaso-inverter cascades with single-polar power supply

This article provides a comparative analysis of phase inverter cascades on various types of transistors. Calculations are given for various types of transistors for further selection of the best of them according to the load characteristic and resistance values, which will later be used to model the operation of the circuit.
