Choosing the Right Accounting Software for Organised Retail Environment

Choosing the right accounting software is essential in a retail environment. Keeping this in focus this research conducts analysis of three basic accounting softwares to determine if they are significantly different from each other. The findings reveal that these softwares do have significant statistical differences. Hence, careful thought should be invested into making the right choice while deciding on software for the organization. Further, an observational and hands-on study allows the classification of these accounting softwares based on different criteria which makes them desirable to enterprises today. This paper is a novel study on comparison and assessment of three basic softwares that are very commonly used for accounting in the retail environment.
