Research on Lifetime Distribution Model for Mechanical Product

The fault regularity reflects the failure probability of mechanical product at a specific time. Usually, it conforms to a certain mathematical distribution form through model identification. According to the mathematical distribution form, the reliability indicators of product can be calculated and the product lifetime can be predicted. Therefore, accurately finding the fault regularity of mechanical product and further precisely identifying its mathematical distribution form is the key to study product reliability. In this paper, a new and high precision model identification technique is used to study the lifetime distribution form for mechanical product. Proved by actual test data of vehicle reliability, it is help to improve the identification accuracy of lifetime distribution model for mechanical product.
