A Method for Automating the Measurement and Characterization of Electrical Materials

Article describes a method for automating measurement and characterization of electrical materials at low and medium frequency. For measurement and characterization are used LCR meter for measuring material parameters as function of frequency and furnace for testing electrical materials at different temperature. For the measurement and characterization of electrical materials, an application was developed that automates the control of the measuring system. Based on this it has been shown that measurement of material characteristics can be performed without the presence of a human factor. For testing the method, doped BaTiO
3
ceramic samples are used.
