Liberty: A Novel Encryption Algorithm Using Pseudo-Random Number Distribution

In this paper, we describe the basic model of the new encryption concept and algorithm, named Liberty. The creation of pseudo-random numbers and their distribution through coded messages is given, as well as the avalanche effect that they produce. Elimination of the secure channel for key exchange is also presented. Due to its structure and a different approach to encryption, some of the basics of various fields are given: pseudo-random numbers, modular arithmetic, modular exponentiation, etc. Also, basic software implementation is explained along with the preliminary results, based on the most simplified model, without any optimization.
