Evaluation of Cuffless Blood Pressure Estimation Accuracy of Different Light Colors

This paper describes a cuffless blood pressure estimation method using photoplethysmography signal. Many of the conventional methods for estimating blood pressure using photoplethysmography signal use an infrared or green light source. However, the accuracy of the estimation of these light sources has not been fully investigated. In this paper, we confirmed whether infrared or green light source is suitable for the cuffless blood pressure estimation method.
