Research on Magnetic Coupling Mechanism of Wireless Power Supply System with Flat Pickup

In order to solve the problem of low transmission efficiency and high cost of wireless power supply system with the flat pickup, this paper simulates and analyses the setting methods of the ferrites. An improved flat pickup is proposed to increase system output power by 10% to 20% with little added cost. The effect of the height of the pickup on the coupling coefficient is simulated and analyzed. Finally, the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by experiments.
