Electric Energy Meter State Management System Based on Index Analysis System

As a core part of trade settlement between power companies and customers, the energy metering device is of great significance to ensure its reliable and accurate operation. At present, the operation and management of electric energy meters still adopt the method of manual regular on-site inspection and expiration rotation, which is difficult to adapt to the technical development status of electric energy meters. In this paper, a new energy meter state evaluation model is established. Combined with the traditional basic information of electric energy meter, on-site inspection data and on-line monitoring information of electric energy meter, a set of index system that can fully reflect the status of electric energy meter is established. By analyzing each indicator The size of the impact, using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to establish the weight of each indicator, to achieve a quantitative assessment of the state of the energy meter. Based on the evaluation results, the corresponding energy meter status test and rotation strategy are formulated to provide a scientific basis for dynamic adjustment inspection and rotation cycle. The system uses the power communication network to easily realize the intelligent management of the operation and maintenance of the energy meter.
