Analysis of Automatic Frequency Tuning for Wireless Power Transfer Systems

In this paper, according to the circuit model of magnetic resonance radio power transmission system, the change of resonance frequency of the system with the coupling coefficient between coils is analyzed. When the coupling coefficient between coils changes, the system resonance frequency can be tracked automatically by the control method of combining Bang-Bang control with fuzzy PID control. This method can automatically adjust the working frequency of the system to the resonance frequency within the working range of the system to ensure the maximum load power of the system. The control method is simulated by MATLAB/Simulink simulation software. The simulation results show that the method can track the resonance frequency of the system quickly and accurately.
