Design of Intelligent Detection System for Artificial Installation of Automobile Parts

Aiming at the installation requirement of automobile cushion of automobile parts manufacturer, machine vision technology is applied to collect the image of the detected object through the imaging acquisition module composed of industrial camera, industrial lens and light source in the way of light, machine, electricity and software, and image processing software based on Windows operating system is developed. The images are processed and displayed to realize the intelligent detection of whether the automobile part is installed or not. With The system, the problem of missing parts caused by the manual installation against standard operating procedure will be effectively solved.
