Micro Particle Diameter Detection with Electrostatic Sensor for Powder Feeding Pipeline

With regard to micro particle diameter in the powder feeding pipe, the paper puts forward a ring design structure of electrostatic sensor. The design of sensor is important in micro particle diameter detection. The designed sensor is adapted to a large signal bandwidth with random noise, so that more measurement signal information can be obtained by the sensor. And it can reduce the impact of external noise in the system. The sensing width of electrode in the ring-shaped electrostatic sensor should be moderate, ensuring that the sensor has higher sensitivity in practical applications. At the same time, the dynamic experimental measurement of the ring-shaped electrostatic sensor was carried out on the experimental platform built in the laboratory. The sensitivity and measurement accuracy were confirmed.
