A Design of Window Lifter System Based on Current Detection

In order to effectively solve the problem of pinch injury of electric window glass to children, many car doors now possess the window anti-pinch function. This paper firstly analyzes the DC Motor Model and experimental data to verify that the external resistance of the window is positively correlated to current through the motor and current ripple width. On the hardware circuit, by taking S12ZVL32 as the design core, the collection method of the current through the motor and motor ripple is given. In software algorithm, the anti-pinch force is determined by considering the motor current magnitude and current ripple width, and the position of the anti-pinch area is judged according to the number of current ripple, which all help to realize the anti-pinch function. After many experiments, the results show the feasibility of the method and stability of the system.
