Research on Header Height Automatic Regulatory System

When combine harvester is working, manual regulation of the header height can't guarantee high instantaneity and precision. And its height data cannot be analyzed, which greatly reduces the harvesting efficiency. Therefore, the header height automatic regulatory system is particularly important. The system adopts an infrared sensor to measure the height. The infrared sensor acquires the height value of the current header from the ground. When the height is not suitable, it sends the signal to the single-chip microcomputer, to raise or fall the header through the hydraulic system and make the header at the suitable position. This design is of great reference significance for the header height automatic control.
