Research on Fast Drawing Method of Excavation Envelope Diagram of Hydraulic Excavator

In order to research the method of rapidly drawing mining envelope diagram of hydraulic excavator. In this paper, the excavator is analyzed kinematically and the mining envelope diagram is drawn using Adams, MATLAB Simscape Multibody toolbox and D-H method respectively. Then we present a new method to draw the mining envelope diagram based on D-H method and traversing idea and compare these methods together. This method proposed in this paper greatly improves the efficiency of envelope drawing and provides different ideas and foundations for further research
