Nature of Amino Acid Sequence Instruct Carbon Value to be Adopted in Protein 3D Structure

In recent time, we have reported that the existence of internal Carbon Optimized Domains (COD) is responsible for maintenance of the protein structure and binding. The local structure of this carbon molecule tries to maintain 31.45% of carbon distributed accordingly with every atom. Any alteration in this carbon value alters the local structure. Is there optimization of carbon value along the sequence? Answer been searched along the sequence looking for any preference over dimer selection. Answer found out to be meaningful in explaining amino acid preference over the dimer form based in carbon profile of adequacy rule of law. Of course carbon does play a role in sequential preference over the co-guidance accordingly. One might want to utilize this preferential coding of amino acid sequence for any mutational study or disease control.
