Towards Realization of Assessment Module using Learning Management System for Integrated Course

The inception of MOOCs allowed blended learning to prosper. MOOCs have proved to be a time as well as effort savior from non-creative repetitive task of assessment of learning on part of teachers through digitization in learning assessment of knowledge seekers. Assessment not only measures progress but also help e-instructors to identify effective assessment strategies. With the development of Moodle based cloud site for integrated course, this paper will present the model with results of experimentation to check internal assessment schemes, based on manual methods including assessment of midterm, laboratory and end semester examination to assess the progress of learning and computation of final grade assessment. It also aims to provide solutions to deal with the most ignorant existing problem in education sector that include the assessment of question items being asked to students in examinations, scope of which not only lies in letting teachers know about the section of subject requiring improvement but also the right question asked in a right way which can ignite the innovative minds of students. In the present work, we demonstrate results to improvise it. Further, the assessment scheme of transforming manual process over a variety of devices, with flexibilities in times and location. We further use the result of the research to conduct the tests, whose results can be used to analyze the learning curve of a student. The experimentation result demonstrates the significance of our attempt.
