Implementation of Control Tactics on Standalone Solar PV System

The main objective of the framework is to reduce the amount of utilization of fossil fuels energy generation and look for an alternate energy source as renewable energy source. The most utilized is the solar energy generation with respect photovoltaic system (PV) array system. The implementation of solar PV system has parameters that are very important in order to utilize the system at most reliable and efficient manner. The variable irradiation levels of the solar PV system provide an alternating power output and so in order to maintain the power at constant level a Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technique is incorporated in the framework based on fuzzy logic control tactic. This particular generated power from the PV array system when connected to variable loading system, the level of voltage would vary. This variation cause's depreciation of the life of appliances so in order to maintain the voltage at the load side, a closed loop control tactic has been employed and efficiency of the overall system has been slightly improved. The overall proposed system has been employed with control tactics as fuzzy logic controller at the boost converter and closed loop controller at the inverter side. The fuzzy controller utilizes the point of variation of voltages and then the trigger point gets activated to regulate the voltage as user defined for nominal operations.
