A Design of 4×4 Microstrip Slot Antenna Array

A 4×4 slot antenna array is designed. The overall dimension of the antenna array is 176mm×176mm×1mm. The top surface of the ground with 4×4 slots is printed on a F4BM dielectric substrate with a thickness of 1mm. The base surface of the substrate is the feeding network. The antenna radiates in the axial direction with a 4mm thick metal substrate attached to the bottom of the feeding network. The working frequency of the antenna array is 3.83-3.99GHz, and gain is 13.41dBi. The simulation results show that the radiation characteristics of the antenna array are good.
