Design of the ADC/DAC Circuit based on Electromagnetic Compatibility

In order to improve the conversion accuracy of high speed ADC/DAC, the IBIS model of the analog-to-digital converter AD9433 is simulated, the output impedance of the IBIS model is obtained and impedance matching is performed, which reduces the overshoot during the transmission. The influence of crosstalk between transmission lines is obtained through the simulation of crosstalk between transmission lines. According to the above analysis, ADC/DAC circuit is designed by analog-to-digital converter AD9433 and digital-to-analog converter AD9706. It was verified with a FPGA control board. The interference source data which acquired by the oscilloscope and field probes has been analyzed. Though filtering the clock signal, isolating digital signal lines, disposing power supply line, this paper solves the electromagnetic compatibility problem of ADC/DAC circuit, and the output waveform is obtained under the requirements.
