Some causes of a toothache will be fatal if there is no action. Therefore, before suffering dental disease, it is better if the patient or young doctor in the field of health, especially dental health to identify the dental disease directly suffered. In the field of computer science, can provide a recommendation to the type of dental disease suffered by patients based on symptoms experienced. Our paper talks about determining membership function in Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) with the numerical method; Runge Kutta and Euler and reach accuracy point about 90%.
