A Proposed Measurement Method of Internet Services Equity and the Economy Impact

This paper proposes a method to measure the equity of public service, especially internet services in a country. Furthermore, this paper specifically highlights the effect of internet service imbalances in the state, which is characterized by a very large variety of internet services, where there are very good levels in some cities and very poor in other cities. Then, the inequality in the performance of public services, especially internet services, is one of the things that determines the performance of industry, business, education and health services, which in turn will affect the level of the Human Development Index. Specifically, the proposed method is to apply a concept that we discovered in 2016, called Harmony in Gradation - the Formula for Everything, where the index that will be produced will accurately and precisely represent the level of equity and equality, which can never be done by other formulas and methods.
