Measuring Performance, Functionality and Portability for Mobile Hybrid Application

This research contributes in term of how to evaluate the mobile hybrid application quality based on ISO 25010 quality model by linking mobile hybrid application characteristics with three of ISO 25010 quality factors which are relevant with the problem domain. The quality factors are performance efficiency, functional suitability and portability. Goal-Question-Metric paradigm is used to characterize the metrics. The final result of this research is quality measurement method for mobile hybrid application and it has been tested using three case studies. This research aims to propose a reference for developers to improve mobile hybrid application quality. The conclusion of this research is a metrics that can be used for measuring the mobile hybrid application quality.
