Analysis and Test of Signal-to-Noise Ratio of LLL Night Vision System

In order to obtain the relationship between signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and illumination (E) of LLL night vision system, relevant test experiment was carried out. A low-light-level night vision system was established to collect images under different illumination with white target. The denoised image was obtained by 40 frame image superposition filtering. The first frame was taken as the original image, and its signal-to-noise ratio was calculated according to the formula of image signal-to-noise ratio. The results show that the formula obtained by fitting the calculated signal-to-noise ratio data is consistent with the theoretical formula of signal-to-noise ratio.
