The Design of orchard spraying control system based on STM32

In order to realize the automation of the orchard spraying work, this paper designs the orchard spray control system with STM32 single-chip as the core, including power circuit, drive isolation circuit, communication circuit and protection circuit. The system is powered by a 12V DC power supply, receives PC commands through RS232 communication interface, controls 24V power supply 4-phase stepping motor, controls 12V power supply, power 3W solenoid valve and 12V power supply, 840W high power relay, etc., finally realizes control chip effective control of normal operation and peripherals. In addition, the power supply and filter circuit are designed to improve the stability of the power supply by reducing the power supply ripple. Finally, the experimental results show that the orchard spray control system designed in this paper has feasibility and good power supply stability.
