Modeling for Cement Combined Grinding Process System Based on RBF Neural Network

Aiming at the problem that the complexity of cement combined grinding system is difficult to model, a modeling method based on radial basis function (RBF) neural network is proposed on the analysis of dynamic characteristics and manual operation mode of combined grinding process. According to the analysis and selection of operating parameters, state parameters and process indexes in cement combined grinding process, a combined model of mill load and cement particle size is established, which fully describes the change rule of the whole cement combined grinding process. The effectiveness of the proposed modeling method is verified by the simulation of the actual production data of cement combined grinding process in a cement plant.
