Optical Response Measurements of R/G/B Mini-LEDs with Short Pulse Voltage

This paper demonstrates the rising and falling response time behaviour for low power RGB mini-LEDs. By biasing these LEDs with external clock signal, behaviour such as exponential decay were observed at some pulse edges of the output signals. The exponential decay for different low power input signals were analysed and the causes of such phenomenon were conclude in this paper.
