Correction to “Progressive Improved Convolutional Neural Network for Avionics Fault Diagnosis”

Unfortunately, we had made some mistakes of the funding and the introduction of section organization in Section 1. These two mistakes had no influence on the discussion and conclusions in the paper. The correct funding and the introduction of chapter arrangement are given here.
