Sinthesis of Algoritms for Determining Image Blur

The questions of automatic detection and determination of motion blur parameters are considered. The problems arise in the formation of optical-electronic systems images of moving scenes and there is often a smudged image in the form of blur in the direction of motion (motion blur). Spectral and gradient algorithms developed by the authors are presented, their comparative analysis is carried out, advantages and disadvantages are noted. An example of using a gradient algorithm for matching the velocities of the image and the charge packets of the photodetector matrix with a charge bond in the time delay and accumulation mode is considered. The article presents the algorithms developed by the authors to quantify the amount of image blur in real time and provides some computer research results.
