Organic and Mineral Waste Neutralization Management System Using Bioinhibitors and Biogenesis Sources

In developed industrial regions, a huge amount of organic and mineral waste has accumulated. The waste volume is estimated at tens of millions of cubic meters. It includes landfills for municipal solid waste (MSW), sludge tanks, tailings, sludge reservoirs. The neutralization of such objects is associated with the use of chemical and biochemical methods of oxidation. Biochemical methods are necessary to eliminate decaying organic fractions and prevent decay processes. Acceleration of waste mineralization is carried out using special industrial materials-sources of biogenesis. Some industrial waste is a raw material. In certain cases bioinhibiting agent are used when the acceleration of the decomposition and collection of the biogas is economically unviable. Reducing the amount of biogas produced in this state helps ensure industrial safety. Bioinhibiting agent can be obtained on the basis of a number of industrial wastes. The article discusses formaldehyde and sulfur containing wastes as reagents to reduce gas formation. By solving optimization problems, rational dosages of bioinhibiting agents, sources of biogenesis, places of their introduction into the landfill body, technological features of accelerating or slowing down the decomposition process are determined. The solution of the outlined problems is impossible without the development of the neutralization control system. Elements of this system include production bioinhibitors units and sources of biogenesis at industrial contributor enterprises, landfills for disposal of organic mineral waste (acceptors), as well as materials transport and logistics for industrial facilities. The search for resource, structural, chemical, and geoecological correspondence to waste material is an important element of the system. Moreover, for the effective system management boundary conditions and the required efficiency value should be determined.
