An Optimized Design of Slobozhanska Substation with High Renewable Energy Penetration

In the trend of high renewable energy penetration, power grid and substation construction are imperative to meet the requirements and reliability of power supply. In this paper, a novel optimized design is proposed on Slobozhanska Substation. Through the comparative analysis of three schemes of Slobozhanska Substation, the proposed optimized design in this paper not only meets the technical requirements, but also saves cost. Therefore, it has broad application prospects in substation design.
