The Influence of Ambient Temperature on the Process of Biological Treatment in the Model ASM1

It is represented a modification of the nonlinear mathematical model of biological wastewater treatment with activated sludge, which was based on the ASM1 model, for which the temperature of environment is considered to be as an influencing external factor. It was made an analysis of the behavior of the ASM1 model in conditions of the external environment, families of graphs of transient processes of concentrations of pollutants and sludge were also obtained at various temperature conditions. The best temperature conditions are determined. The simulation results confirm the sensitivity of the system behavior to changes in ambient temperature.
