Communicative Strategies Management in E-Learning Environment

The introduction of learning management systems in educational institutions requires a change in the structure of the educational process. An analysis of the current state of LMS, student's model and the promising areas of using CRM and intelligent agents in the educational process makes it necessary to solve the problem of changing the model and communication strategies, which will be discussed more in this article.
