Optimal Design and Research of Cluster Wave Generator

Aiming at the strong sound requirement of a customs for sound wave detection, the analytical formula of the distribution of the cluster wave generator coil in the space magnetic field is derived. Electromagnetic field simulation and static simulation were performed to optimize the diaphragm of the cluster wave generator and determine the size parameters. Finally, the experimental research on the cluster wave generator is carried out, and the cluster wave generator is verified to meet the strong sound requirement.
